Final Sale on Opened Items

All purchases are final if the product bottle has been opened. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on products that have been opened.

Return and Refund for Unopened Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and the product remains in new and unopened condition, you may return the item for a refund or exchange. The following conditions apply:

  • Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an unopened product.
  • Condition: The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

Process for Returns and Refunds

    • Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization:

    • We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with your return package.
  3. Shipping:

    • Ship the unopened product to the address provided by our customer service team.
    • It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  4. Inspection:

    • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it is in its unopened and new condition.
  5. Refund:

    • If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to be completed.

Non-Refundable Items
